ADDITION TO THE KNOWLEDGE OF AMANITA (AGARICALES, PLUTEACEAE) FROM IRAN
Six species of the genus Amanita are reported from Iran. Among them A. aspera, A. caesarea and A. crocea are new members for Iranian fungus flora. Three previously reported species viz. A. battarae, A. ceciliae and A. rubescens var. rubescens are studied in details. All species areredescribed and illustrated with microphotographs and drawings.
متن کاملMolecular phylogeny of eastern Asian species of Amanita (Agaricales, Basidiomycota): taxonomic and biogeographic implications
The phylogenetic relationships, taxonomy and biogeography of the genus Amanita with emphasis on eastern Asian species were estimated using sequence data from both internal transcribed spacer (ITS) regions and large subunit (nLSU) of nuclear ribosomal DNA. The separation of the two traditionally accepted subgenera was not well supported. Each section of Amanita, Vaginatae, Caesareae, Phalloideae...
متن کاملیافته های جدیدی از جنس (amanita (agaricales, pluteaceae در ایران
در این تحقیق شش آرایه از جنس amanita تحت عنوان a. aspera، a. battarrae،a. caesarae،a. ceciliae، a. crocea و var. rubescens a. rubescens که از پوشش های مختلف جنگلی شمال کشور جمع آوری شده اند، گزارش و شرح داده می شوند. گونه های a. aspera، a. caesarae، a. crocea برای نخستین بار از ایران گزارش می شوند. سه آرایه دیگر شامل: a. battarrae،a. ceciliae و var. rubescens a. rubescenseنیز که پیش از این از...
متن کاملFour Newly Recorded Amanita Species in Korea: Amanita sect. Amanita and sect. Vaginatae
We collected nearly 70 specimens of Amanita species during a diversity study of Korean mushrooms conducted in 2012. In this study, we primarily investigated 23 Amanita specimens belonging to sections Amanita and Vaginatae. Based on sequence data of the internal transcribed spacers and partial large subunit of ribosomal RNA and morphological characteristics, we identified the following 15 phylog...
متن کاملNew Species of Agaricales
Clitocybe alboinfundibulliforme sp. nov. is widely distributed in Korea. Volvariella koreana sp. nov. is rarely distributed in Korea. These taxa were occasionally found together at the same place. Both of these species seem to be associated with each other. These two species are fully described and illustrated in this paper.
